Juxtaposition, the furniture and home décor store that has anchored a stretch of Discovery Ridge for years, has announced it is closing. In a press release issued this week, owner Suzanne Ferguson said the decision came after careful consideration of changing business conditions and family priorities — she and her husband Rick want to spend more time with family going forward.
The store-closing sale begins today, Wednesday, June 17, 2026, with discounts across the entire store, including furniture, artwork, home décor, tabletop collections, gifts, candles, home fragrance, and seasonal and holiday merchandise.
Store Closing Sale — What to Know
Everything in the store is on sale starting today, with additional discounts available for Juxtaposition Insiders through this Saturday. The store is also running a buy-more-save-more promotion, and customers can expect additional markdowns and special events as the sale continues. Because merchandise won't be replenished, shopping early is the best bet for selection.
Throughout the sale, the store will hold a series of special events, including a Summer Entertaining Event, a Final Collections Event, Christmas in July, an Everything Must Be Sold Clearance Event, and Fixture and Display sales.
